Member for West Ham, North, asking him to take action to enable fire engines and ambulances and other public service vehicles free access on the roads and streets in the London Borough of Newham ; and what action he proposes to take.
§ Mr. SharplesOn 5th July. As I have explained to the hon. Member in my reply, the Commissioner of Police informs me that he has received no complaints from any of these services of difficulties caused to them by parked vehicles.
