(2) how civil servants' conditions on hours and wages compare with those of the Six ; and what number of British civil servants he expects will be called for to enter the various administrative positions of the European Economic Community on Great Britain's entry.
§ Mr. David HowellWe are naturally studying all these problems, but as Parliament has not yet decided whether we shall join, it is premature to reach any detailed conclusions.
