§ Q8. Mr. Ashleyasked the Prime Minister if he will pay an official visit to a hospital for the mentally handicapped.
§ The Prime MinisterI have at present no plans to do so, but my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services, who is responsible for the services for the mentally handicapped, regularly includes such hospitals in his visiting programme.
