§ Mr. Dellasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if she will list the rights which local education authorities or headmasters have to refuse admission to their schools for the purpose of 31W training of student teachers from university departments of education and colleges of education.
§ Mr. van StraubenzeeThe conduct of a maintained school, including its use by teacher training establishments for their students' teaching practice, is a matter for the local education authority, the managers or governors and the head teacher in accordance with the provisions of rules of management or articles of government made under Section 17 of the Education Act, 1944.
