§ 74 and 75. Mr. Millanasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) what application he has had from the British Overseas Airways Corporation for compensation for the routes transferred from the British Overseas Airways Corporation to British United Airways/ Caledonian ; and what reply he has sent;
(2) what applications he has had from British European Airways for compensation for the routes transferred from British European Airways to British United Airways /Caledonian ; and what reply he has sent.
§ Mr. NobleB.O.A.C. has asked for compensation and B.E.A. has expressed concern at its loss of revenue. I have already made it clear to the House that air service licences are not a form of property in respect of which compensation could properly be given.
