§ Mr. Merlyn Reesasked the Minister for the Civil Service when the recommendations made in Report No. 146 of the National Board for Prices and Incomes of April, 1970, that the existing four industrial groups should be merged to provide a sigle structure of basic pay for the industrial Civil Service were implemented.
