§ Mr. Meacherasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will set up a fund to make available capital loans that are free of interest to disabled persons in approved cases, at the regulated discretion of trustees of the fund, in order to assist the disabled to establish themselves in work where necessary or to make structural alterations in their living conditions where required by disability.
