§ Mr. AlisonTwenty-eight. I am aware that the service in this region as elsewhere in the country has been affected by medical staffing difficulties and my Department is continuing discussions with the profession on how these may be overcome.

§ Mr. AlisonThis is primarily a matter for the hospital authorities in the Region. I know that the Board is reviewing the staffing of certain hospital departments in which junior medical staff have been working long hours.
