§ Mr. CarlisleNew provisions which will strengthen the machinery for enforcing maintenance orders by attachment of earnings will come into force on 2nd August. The Government has reviewed the facilities available for tracing maintenance defaulters with the 365W assistance of records of certain Government Departments, and my right hon. Friend has recently asked justices' clerks in England and Wales to make the fullest use of these facilities.
