§ Mr. Michael HeseltineA bypass for Canterbury is included in the primary trunk road network announced on 23rd June. The precise timing must await the outcome of the study at present in progress with a view to protecting a line for this bypass but the road will be completed within the time-scale of my right hon. Friend's recent announcement.
