§ Mr. Spearingasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he can now state when he expects to receive the report of the panel on the Greater London Development Plan.
§ Mr. Peter WalkerThe inquiry is expected to continue until early 1972, but its progress cannot be forecast exactly because it will depend on the time which objectors take to present their cases. When the hearings are completed the panel will need time to write its report. It would therefore be premature for me to estimate now the date when I might receive the report.
