§ 98. Mr. Blenkinsopasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will encourage local authorities to assist tenants of private property who have applied for suitable improvements to be carried out.
§ Mr. AmeryI hope that authorities will help in this way wherever the circumstances justify it, and if the hon. Member has any evidence to the contrary I hope he will let me have it.
