§ Mr. Muddasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will seek powers to set up a Boating Facilities Commission to explore and extend the provision of yachting and boating facilities in the United Kingdom, having regard to the submission to him of the Ship and Boat Builders National Federation that the provision of more and better boating facilities is urgent, and the recommendations of the Countryside Commission regarding the swift development of marinas.
