§ Mr. Juddasked the Minister of State for Defence whether he has studied the text of the speech by Professor Goss to the Oxford University Farming Conference on Tuesday, 5th January, a copy of which has been sent to him; and whether he will ensure that the forthcoming inquiry into the use of land by the Services involves the Department of Environment and other relevant organisations in addition to the Ministry of Defence.
