§ Mr. Peter ThomasI have nothing to add to the reply given to the hon. Member for Cardigan (Mr. Elystan Morgan) on 22nd January, 1971. It is not yet possible to estimate what proportion of the rundown will be met by staff wastage. The arrangements for implementing the changes announced by my right hon.
