§ Mr. ChatawayThis is a matter for the B.B.C. The Corporation tell me that they pay royalties to Phonographic Performances Limited in respect of the broadcasting of commercial records by B.B.C. local radio stations, but that the amount they pay is a matter of commercial confidence.
