§ Mr. KershawI am not aware of any talks in Paris about Ghana debt pay-14W ments for 1971–72. Perhaps the hon. Member has in mind the meeting of the Ghana Consultative Group which was held in Paris last December under the auspices of the World Bank and was concerned solely with Ghana's development aid requirements.
