§ Mr. Anthony StodartI would refer my hon. Friend to the answer I gave to my right hon. and learned Friend, the Member for Huntingdonshire (Sir David Renton) on 8th December, 1970. The Farmers' Unions were given an opportunity to make further representations and these were carefully considered before the decision was announced on 9th238W November, 1970.
