§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Law Commission have advised my noble Friend that it would not be satisfactory to make any limited changes in the law to deal with this particular situation. They could not at present undertake a general review of the law on acquisition of title to land by adverse possession but consider that this should be undertaken when time allows.
