§ Mr. Dudley SmithAs all redundancies are not notified to the Department our figures are not comprehensive. Records show that 18 redundancies involving a total of 962 workpeople were notified as due to occur in Wales during December, 1970.
Everything possible is being done to help those who have still to find other jobs.

Records show, however, that 50 redundancies involving 2,444 workpeople were notified as due to occur in Scotland during December, 1970.
