§ Mr. Dudley SmithFollowing my right hon. Friend's discussions with the British Medical Association and a number of other organisations he has put to them proposals for modifications which would within the basic framework of the Bill, facilitate their representing their members including hospital doctors in negotiation of pay and conditions of work.
