asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will set up a Committee to inquire into the law in relation to the possession of drugs by schoolchildren.

Such a question as this would be best considered by the proposed Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs to be set up under the Misuse of Drugs Bill after it has become law.
