§ Mr. Patrick JenkinThis is a private roadway maintained by the Crown Estate Paving Commission. I understand that the imperfections in the surface are due to the heavy traffic, particularly lorries used for the restoration and conversion of the Regency Terraces around Regent's Park, which these roads were not constructed to bear. Temporary repairs are made from time to time but when the restoration of the terraces has 159W been completed, the surface of this road will be relaid by the Crown Estate Paving Commission.
