§ Mr. RipponWe have had discussions with: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, the European Economic Community. Finland, Irish Republic, New Zealand, South Africa, Sweden, Uruguay, United States of America and Yugoslavia. Details of these consultations, which are continuing, are confidential.
