§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales what targets he has for the erection of houses, both in the public and private sector, for the next five years; and how these compare with the average number of houses built in Wales in the years 1965 to 1969 inclusive.
§ Mr. Peter ThomasI do not intend to set targets. I am confident that local authorities and private builders alike will carefully assess local need and build to meet it.
