JosephI have recently received an open letter from the Chairman of the Junior Hospital Doctors Section of the Medical Practitioners Union making allegations about abuse of the National Health Service by some consultants in the interests of their private patients. I shall be replying to it and will send the hon. Member a copy of my reply.
