§ Mr. Rankinasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is aware of the work carried on by the Scottish Epilepsy Association from its headquarters in Govan in promoting the welfare of persons suffering from epilepsy throughout Scotland; and to what extent the Association has qualified for Government financial aid because of its contribution to the health services of Scotland.
