§ Mr. Milneasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will issue a circular to local authorities in regard to the placing of road signs during major road work developments in their area and the need for the maximum safety factors to be taken into consideration in regard to them.
§ Mr. Eldon GriffithsAdvice has already being issued to local authorities in a circular dated 28th August, 1968, which amplified and amended the 1962 Traffic Safety Codes for Road Works.
