§ Mr. Graham PageIt is intended that legislation on the subject of the local government superannuation scheme should be introduced as soon as possible, though it cannot yet be said when that will be. That legislation will, amongst other things provide a procedure for amendment of the scheme by Regulations. This will facilitate the introduction of changes that may be required as a result of the review of the scheme now being undertaken by the local authorities.
