Rhys Williamsasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if the change of use envisaged for the site of the barracks in Kensington Church Street will be referred to the Kensington and Chelsea Borough Council before any commitments are made by the Crown Commissioners; and what sites besides the area covered by the barracks are involved in redevelopment schemes he has currently under consideration.
