§ Mr. David HowellThe Government are committed in The Queen's Speech to improving and extending the facilities for management training. My right hon. Friend is considering possible ways of doing this as part of the review of the whole of industrial training which he referred to in rely to the hon. Member for Leek (Mr. Knox) on 23rd February.
