§ Mr. Peter ThomasThe number of pupils eligible for free school milk in Cardiganshire on 1st January, 1971, was 5,365. The estimated figure following the implementation of the proposed legislation will be 2,960. This figure does not include pupils qualifying for free milk on medical grounds.
