§ 42. Mr. Dalyellasked the Lord Advocate if he will prosecute the persons concerned with the bringing of drugs, such as amphetamine, from London to Edinburgh, details of which have been sent to him by the hon. Member for West Lothian.
§ The Lord AdvocateNo such details have been received from the hon. Member. When I receive this information I will instruct investigations to be made, and any question of a prosecution will be considered in the light of the results of those investigations.
