Vouchers are also issued to holders of certain professional qualifications without an offer of employment. It is not known which particular posts they take up and it is, therefore, not possible to say how many of them settled in Bradford and Shipley during the years in question. The same is true of vouchers issued in Category C till issues in this Category were discontinued in 1965.
