§ Mr. AlisonThe agreements of the Nurses and Midwives Whitley Council which are sent to all hospital authorities already provide that previous nursing service in an equivalent or higher grade either in the hospital service or in the local authority nursing service should be taken into account in determining a nurses' commencing salary.
