§ Mr. Pardoeasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science when she, or her predecessor, received the report of the working party on the Teachers' Council; when and by what date she or her predecessor asked the 29 relevant bodies for their views; when she received the first and last of the 27 submissions she has now received; which are the two bodies who have yet to submit their views; and what action she has taken to obtain these views.
