§ Mr. KershawAs my right hon. Friend said in his reply to a Question on 5th November, a mission from the Overseas Development Administration visited Dar es Salaam in October to discuss with Tanzanian officials their requirements for capital aid and technical assistance. The mission's recommendations have been considered here and we are now ready to resume discussion of them with the Tanzania Government.—[Vol. 805, c. 434.]
