§ Mr. KershawOur technical assistance programme to Jamaica at present amounts to about £300,000 a year. We expect to maintain this and, depending on the need, to increase it.
There has been no capital aid programme for a number of years and we have no plans to introduce one. There has, however, been considerable investment by the Commonwealth Development Corporation financed from the overseas aid programme.
