§ Mr. Clark Hutchisonasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will give an assurance that legal aid will be available by regulation under the Legal 417W Aid (Scotland) Act, 1967, for proceedings before the industrial court or industrial tribunals in Scotland, which are proposed in the Industrial Relations Bill.
§ Mr. R. CarrI intend to make a statement on this matter during the course of the debate on the Industrial Relations Bill.
