§ Mr. Patrick JenkinIn December of last year the Committee of this registered Friendly Society informed members that it was proposed to dissolve the Society. The rocedure for the dissolution of a registered friendly society is laid down in the Friendly Societies Acts and in the rules of the society. The distribution of352W the Society's funds and the amounts payable to individual members will be primarily a matter for the Society itself to determine subject to actuarial advice.
