§ Mr. HigginsThe arrangements agreed at the 1969 I.M.F. Annual Meeting for the three years 1970–72 provide for an allocation of S.D.R. 3,000 million on 1st 289W January, 1972. The question of allocations for subsequent years will fall to be considered in 1972 and I have no statement to make now.
