§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will state the total awards made to farmers in respective price reviews in the years 1959 to 1970, inclusive, and also the net value of each award, taking into account added costs but discounting the factor of added efficiency.
