§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Employment why he will not request the Wilberforce Inquiry into the electrical power workers' dispute to consider and report on the £1,500 per annum increase in the salary of the General Secretary of the Electrical Trades Union and the various increases ranging from £400 per annum to £970 per annum to be paid to the other officials of this trade union.
