§ Mr. Gordon CampbellThe Highlands and Islands Development Board has to date sought my approval, which I have given, for five bespoke factories as follows:
Square feet Dalcross Industrial Estate (2) … 7,733 6,360 Milton of Culcabock … 9,150 Thurso … 8,533 Shetland … 1,600 The normal terms are leases for 20 years, with breaks at seven and 14 years, at rentals assessed by the District Valuer, with rent-free periods of up to two years.
I have now before me a list of the locations on which the Board proposes to erect advance or bespoke factories on the same terms. Four advance factories will be constructed in 1971–72.
