§ Mr. Anthony StodartThe Central Council for Agricultural and Horticultural Co-operation is to have increased resources for promoting co-operation, especially in marketing. Horticultural marketing co-operatives will qualify for the same grants as those given to individuals under the Horticulture Improvement Scheme, as well as for special grants for purposes of particular interest to these co-operatives. They will also benefit from the proposals in the Rating Bill.
