§ 36. Mrs. Renée Shortasked the Attorney-General if he will prosecute under the Public Order Act, 1936, the members of the National Front who took part in a march in Wolverhampton in November, 1970, and used threatening, abusive and insulting words or behaviour.
§ 38. Mr. Roseasked the Attorney-General whether he will institute proceedings against the organisers of the National Front demonstration in Wolverhampton on 28th November, 1970, under Section 5 of the Race Relations Act, 1965.
§ The Attorney-GeneralI have considered the police report. I agree with the decision of the Chief Constable that there were no grounds which would justify criminal proceedings against those who organised or took part in the demonstration.
