§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department why, in view of the fact that Mr. Vrajlal Kakad, who holds a British passport and came to the United Kingdom for settlement without a document of entitlement, was refused entry to the United Kingdom, many Russian citizens, details of whom are in his possession, have been allowed to enter and remain in the United Kingdom without a document of entitlement and have been within a short time granted entry permission.
