70. Mr. Onslow

asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry how many of the total of 539 infringements of the noise regulations at London Airport, Heathrow, in August 1970 were committed by each of the 22 airlines responsible; what percentage each sub-total represents of the total number of take-offs or landings by the same aircraft types of each airline at Heathrow in the same period; and what were the corresponding statistics for the month of September 1970.
