Mr. Spearing

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) by what date he expects to receive recommendations for action from the working party considering the problems of homelessness in London; and in what form he will publish its conclusions and recommendations;

(2) on what date he established a working party to consider steps to be taken with regard to the problem of homelessness in London; who are the members of the working party; and on what date they were invited to serve;

(3) what additional evidence the working party on homelessness in London will be considering to that already contained in published reports that bear on this problem.
