Mr. Palmerasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will give approximate daily figures in percentage terms of the national electrical generating capacity not available because of under-manning, and that not available or only partly available due to mechanical and electrical causes, during the period of the industrial dispute from 7th December to 11th December last.
